Add a complete Vietnamese translation for AxManager (folder values-vi/strings.xml).

Natural, professional, easy-to-read translation, suitable for the Vietnamese community.
No impact on UI layout, basic checks have been done on devices.
If any adjustments or additions are needed, I am ready to assist.

I'd suggest that you close this pull request and make a new pull request with the current version of the string.xml file you already have and put it inside manager/src/main/res/values-vi/strings.xml. You don't need to do squashing or anything, just have to clean up the commit history now and then it hopefully gets approved.

You're doing great btw, just need to do those now.
